At Walker Wood Gifts, every item in our store is handcrafted, in stock, and ready to ship — no waiting for your piece to be made!
Handling Time Most orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 1–3 business days. A small number of larger or more complex items may take up to 4 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Holiday Season Notice During the busy holiday season (mid-November through December), we work hard to keep our full inventory stocked, but we recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery for gift-giving.
Shipping Destinations We proudly ship to all 50 U.S. states with FREE shipping! We also ship to Canada and the United Kingdom — however, international orders incur additional shipping charges. Please contact us at kim@walkerwoodgifts.com before placing your order and we'll provide you with an accurate shipping quote.
Our Packaging Promise We take enormous pride in how we pack your order. Every item is individually wrapped in paper, foam, and bubble wrap — and sometimes double-boxed — to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. With over 20 years of shipping experience and a near-perfect delivery record, you can shop with complete confidence.
Custom Orders Have something special in mind? We love custom work! Custom orders make up a significant part of our business. We'll confirm your shipping timeline before accepting any custom request, so there are never any surprises. Send us a picture of your treasured item to be dispalyed.
Return Policy
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will gladly work with you to arrange a return whenever possible.
Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to find the best solution, whether that means a replacement, repair, or exchange.
Custom & Personalized Items
Because custom-made and personalized pieces are created specifically for you, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or an error on our part.
